Lay the foam base layer

Unroll a light layer of TP underwrap over the area to be taped — ankle, wrist or shoulder. The foam conforms to contours without bulk.

Apply rigid tape over the foam

Wrap rigid strapping tape or EAB over the underwrap as normal. The foam absorbs adhesive aggression and evens out tape tension.

Remove everything in one pass

At the end of the session, cut and lift — the tape comes away with the foam, no skin pulling, no adhesive residue, no post-play irritation.
